I’ve bought this before, but it was the larger size. I use this as a deodorant now. I mix equal amounts of flakes with distilled warm water and add some essential oils. Shake bottle and spray underarms. I no longer smell bad even if I forget to spray. I don’t even smell bad in evenings. It did take about a week before it worked well. The first week, my underarms really stank, getting rid of the bad chemicals from deodorant. I highly recommend this.

I love this product and actually bought it for my sister n law to use as well. I make a spray of flakes and distilled water in an amber glass spray bottle to use on my feet nightly. It absolutely helps me with night cramps and restless sleep. It last so long and is a lifesaver in my home!

These are THE best magnesium flakes! I’ve been using this brand to aide with the inflammation and pain from an accident I was in years ago. They really help with the pain and reducing the inflammation. Best ever!:)

I put some flakes in a bottle, filled it with purified water, and I spray it on my skin after my shower then add lotion. My muscles relax, and it helps me go to sleep. I’m thinking about adding some essential oils to the mix, like maybe lavender or sage and rosemary to give it a nice smell. If you have cuts it may sting a little, so try to avoid cuts. Overall I’m very pleased with the product
