Super easy to use, handle pulling takes a little bit of strength since it's completely manual but I can manage it in small doses even with a disability. Quality is great, everything feels well made and solid. That makes it slightly heavy to move about but that's nice as makes it easier to use/pull on to punch the badges together. Functions perfectly.

The press itself is very well constructed and sturdy. I had some slight issues with damaged blank pin parts but customer service was incredibly helpfull and sorted out the issue within days. Very pleased with the results.

It works really well. Instructions are easy to read. Loads of badges to make. We've loved using it. The badges come out smooth and of a good quality. Takes a little bit of practice but it's really fun once you get the hang of it.

This is my second badge maker from Amazon. The first was a plastic one which broke after a few months of occasional use. I opted for this one as I thought being metal it would be stronger and less likely to break. It's REALLY great! The handle doesn't need to be pulled down as hard as you do on other machines which makes it so much easier to use. My only complaint is that out of the free badge parts that you get to make badges, I'd say around 40% are broken or bent so can't be used. Loads of the back parts have pins missing or the pins are broken and the metal fronts are bent or squashed. Disappointing as it was another bonus knowing that so many parts were being supplied with the machine. Not sure if the seller could supply some more of those?

This is a very sturdy badge press, weighty, well made and will last for a long time, plus you get 1k of badges!! It's a great addition to my craft room and well worth the money. Packaged very well, with simple building instructions.

My clamp came with a faulty base and came flying off my desk surface, into a PS4. Do not buy. Customer service has been awful since, not sure they speak English as they continue to ignore my concerns. Bought this on prime day with a big discount, but manufacturer only offered me a refund. Really dangerous and bad product. DO NOT give this to any child you care about.

Really sturdy metal but item returned for replacement as the badges were only one size and too small for a creative child.
