I hate going to an outdoor event and using portable toilets only to find out the toilet paper is all gone, or being outdoors and there is no toilet at all! So I decided to make my own traveling toilet kits. I put several "wet wipe" type towelettes into one of these zip lock bags and put it in my back pocket or backpack. The opaque, black bag is also useful for when I have to "pack out what I pack in" if I can't bury it in the woods or on the side of the road (driving or bike riding) after using it.
