RDEXP Black Single End Caps Bed Slat Holders Contains Replacement for Holding 50mm Wooden Slats on Bed Pack of 50

This was supposed to be a direct replacement for our adjustable bed base to mount the wooden slats to the steel outer frame. The measurements matched those from the original parts. When these arrived I noticed right away that the pegs are round and flared, rather than flat/flared. When we attempted to pop them into the holes on the frame the pegs buckled and bent, rather than popping in. Thankfully I have a bench grinder so I used this to re-shape the pegs to match the flatter shape of the originals, and was able to use these. The OEM replacement slat holders were 3x the price of these in USD$, and perhaps would have been a direct replacement. Not everyone will be able to make these work without modification. Our bed is the Primo Tila, purchased from Sleep Country Canada. We'll see if these replacements last longer than the originals, which were only two years old when most of them were found to have cracked.

The item was to big but this was the right item. I need smaller ones for twin size bed frame.

Wir mussten zwei Latten eines Lattenrostes erneuern. Bei der Demontage der defekten Latten waren zwei Halterungen ausgerissen. Bei Latten gab es mehrere passende Angebote, doch bei den Halterungen sah es anders aus. So war Ich froh, bei Amazon Ersatz für die Halterungen zu finden, auch wenn er den erforderlichen Maßen nicht genau entsprach. Die defekten Originalhalterungen hatten einen Stiftabstand von 4 cm, der Ersatz hier von nur 3,5 cm. Ich war skeptisch, erlebte aber die angenehme Überraschung, dass sich der Stiftabstand der Halterungen ausreichend anpasste. Beruhigend, dass ich jetzt über einen Riesenvorrat verfüge ...
