What do they smell like?

Very pleasant smell, kind of like rose water. Love these wipes for my face and neck.

Is I use these, do I still have to wash my face?

I now use these in place of the cleansing face wash that I use to use. Along with a follow up tone, and moisturizing cream, before makeup! I do love the infused retinol, and easy access. It usually takes 2 cloths to clean my face!

are these fragrance free?

No, theres definitely a light fragrance to them.
