The mat is 5ft long and the tower is 4 ft tall when expanded. The width of the pad is 2 ft

The dvds that come with are not challenging enough and I cannot find any other workout videos for this machine. Any suggestions?

I assume the DVD's are exercise instruction. Is there a set up manual or DVD that explains how to adjust and use the apparatus?

Thanks for your interest in Supreme Pilates. The product comes with a DVD that clearly teaches you the basic moves and how to use the machine. The product comes assembled ship all you have to do is place the wheels on it. An owners manual also is in the box that will help you with this and any other questions.

What scares me is this been sold as a home based cadillac, yet you cannot do the fundamental spring bottom loaded workout on it?

No need to be scared. ;) It's a fusion fitness product for home use that includes functionality to facilitate Pilates, Barre and yoga exercises, not a $10,000 Pilates studio machine. We made several trade-offs and design decisions in order to deliver a safe, high quality product for a great price. Thousands of people agree. Of course that means that it does not support every possible exercise that you can do on other, much more expensive machines. We understand that means it may not be for everybody. That's ok.
