Works great
I think I spent less than $40 on this. My old faithful porter cable trim router died after 20 years of not commercial use, but regular use by a weekend cabinet builder for friends and funds. Anyway, I was kind of in a bind and for as much as I working anymore, I had a hard time spending very much on a new one. I took a shot and bought this thing. I've got probably 10-12 hours actual run time on it already and it's working great. I prefer the switch over my old PC. It even comes with another set of springs and magnetic bushings.

Would be 5 star but…
Item is very nice weight for the price. Seems heavy duty. Needs speed adjustment and the plastic guide part that shifts up and down for depth is kinda crappy mostly because there is a lump inside which does not allow the router all the way to the bottom I had to adjust my router bit length. Fix these things and send me a tester and I will give 5 stars.

Good value for the money
Good value for the money. Works well for engraving signs.

Great value for the money.
Plastic base plate came warped. I was able to flatten it enough on disc sander to have decent depth control. The designers added gear and rack mechanism to adjust depth but it’s useless. I removed gear and set depth by using object of same thickness as desired depth and then tightened collar.I needed a one time use router to cut 36/ea. 1/16” deep pockets in aluminum using a 3 flute 1/4” end mill. Router cut pockets effortlessly.I’m sure plastic collar used to adjust depth will break eventually but this can be remedied by clamping with large hose clamp.Great value for the money.

So far so good!
Haven't used it much but it seems to be pretty powerful considering it's small size and small price.

Does not hold depth of cut adjustment!
The tool itself seem Ok, being a small portable tool with very high speed suitable for a router job. Operating manual on the other head is basically non-existent, it reads more like safety instructions. The main problem however is its depth of cut adjustment. The clear plastic jig with base plate and plastic tightening screw simply is not holding to the tool's sleek body, with the weight of the tool making it slip through the jig and gouging deep gashes in my work before I had time to react and turn it off. Following my mishaps I read carefully negative reviews and saw that others had similar experience. I ended up wrapping painters tape around the tool and using a couple of rubber bands between tool body and plastic jig to provide additional compression and friction and preclude depth slip. It makes a bit cumbersome to adjust depth but at least it holds it in place.
