Good product
It’s a good product, I had bought few before but all of their auto ignition stops working but this one is robust and still in perfectly working

Very bad Service Centre Response
I purchased the stove in mid-April, and by mid-July, one of the burners had stopped working. When I contacted Rinnai's service center, their response was disappointing. They only have a service center in Dubai, which means I would have to take the stove from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for repairs. This would cost me more than the price of the gas stove itself. Therefore, I filed a complaint with Amazon and returned the product. If you are considering buying this stove, be sure to check the availability of service centers first.
