Doctor recommended that I dink protein shakes daily, so I tried quite a few, Most were tolerable while others just taste bad. I was ready to drop it until I tried these. I've purchased four flavors and am on jar two for three of them. I would recommend Vanilla because one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of another flavor can improve the flavor. Example, vanilla and chocolate make milk chocolate, vanilla and strawberry for strawberry cream etc.

I love the Strawberry and the vanilla shakes to lose weight. I am getting ready to fast on this product once again. I'm handicapped and facing being in a wheelchair for the 2nd time in my life. Last time I fast on these Baratric Fusion Shakes for 6 months under a doctor's supervision and got out of the chair! I pray I can do that again I'm searching for a Baratric MD
