Sauce Mix Sauces For Simple Meals and Sides Hollandaise No Artificial Flavors, No Added MSG 0.9 oz

I'm the type of person who loves sauces with things. Meats, veg, doesn't matter. I want a sauce on it. Adds a complexity to the flavor. But I also don't want to go to the trouble of getting out the blender, and slowly putting together a Hollandaise or Bearnaise sauce. Which is why I LOVE these packets by Knorr. It is easy peasy to make the sauce I want, and all I have to do if I want it a bit zestier is to add pepper, or a drop of hot sauce. So yes, I ordered this 5 pack, and I have tried one, but I will definitely within the next few months use the others. The size is good for each pack. The instructions are clear. And the ingredients you need to provide from home are easy to obtain - butter and milk. Haven't tried them with salted butter or soy/almond milks, but if you add what they suggest, it is quick to make you a perfect sauce for your steak or eggs or whatever you put Bearnaise on. A++ awesome product and I order it because I can never get enough. Texture is fine. Never seen a sauce break if you whisk and don't make the heat too high. Great value, great consistency of product quality. LOVE it. I've tried the Hollandaise too, but Bearnaise is my favorite. Strongly recommend for the household chef.

Quite simple and - delicious! Only takes a couple of minutes to prepare, and a little goes a long way. Surprised at how much it tasted like the stuff that is made-from-scratch...

It’s wonderful on everything but especially Eggs Benedict. Love it!

I have always bought Knoor Hollandaise Sauce. It only takes a few minutes to make and tastes better than any that I've had in restaurants. I'm very fussy about my Eggs Benedict.

A dear friend intro the Hollandaise 6 years ago. Then, we tried the Béarnaise. In my opinion Knorr makes great products. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if restaurants are using these sauces. No mess, no fuss, just great flavor. Highly recommend these sauces. Your family & friends will never know.

This powder is to be mixed with milk and boiled. It has a creamy consistency but no flavor.
