The wrist support is good for regular use but definitely not for gym. Good quality, soft and comfortable

I recommend this product, it's come two pieces It is made of materials that are comfortable for the hand, I use it when I go to the Gym it supports the wrists in exercises and relieves pressure on the joint.

It’s good but not strong

I have recently started working out with heavy weights and I was having issues with my wrists but i can say since getting these supports i haven't had any issues or aching pain. It basically Gives so much support and confidence to go a little heavier. Very please with them and would recommend to anyone who has the same issue.
