I have been looking for a new one since my old one had died. This one is very nice and does more than my old one. It is the updated version since it can be use with a Bluetooth as well. I love that you do not have to use a CD and there are many ways to listen to music. My kids love it because it is small compact. They can play CDs when they are playing around. It is pretty easy to use, has pretty good sound quality and plays their CD's with no problems. It has a top loading CD player and the controls are up front for it. It is so easy to see the button even with the low light for which button to press for on, pause, stop, and repeat and so on for this CD player. They made the letterings in perfect size. It has decent sound for the tunes. It has a built in handle to carry it around indoors or outdoors and AC/DC powered also. It also has AM/FM radio on it too and radio reception on FM is not too bad. Overall, this is a decent looking and decent sounding portable basic boom box that does the job it is supposed to do for the price. The best part of this one is that it is analogue and simple; the digital readout is for the CD, not the Radio. The Radio uses the writing around the knob for tuning, and it is a bit on the sensitive side going from station to station, but then we only use one or two stations. Its lightweight and the speaker are very clear. I would recommend this for the price and quality.
