Howard Miller Original III Wall Clock 620-314 – Fade Resistant Inks, Antique Dial Mount on Laser-Cut 0.25" Thick Panel Base, Black Hands, Quartz Movement

It looks nice, it keeps fairly good time, but it has a few minor problems. The sweep second hand on the first one that arrive from Amazon had fallen off in the box, so I sent it back and Amazon provided me with a new one. This second clock had all of the hands in the right place, but after about three days, the sweep second hand stopped working. The large hands, and the hour hand still work, but I will have to see how well they perform over time.

In spite of the fact that this product had two one-star reviews, and I make it a habit never to buy anything with less that excellent reviews, it also had two five-star reviews, so I thought that there was at least a fifty-fifty chance that it would be the clock of my dreams. I knew that $120 is a ridiculously high price for something made out of plastic and paper, but I had no idea that a product could be so bad right out of the box. The second hand was already broken off when it arrived. Spent the week while I was waiting for the replacement second hand testing it out to see if it could actually keep time. I decided I would keep it even if it ran a few minutes fast because I'm always late for everything, but when two of it's three clocks (hour, minute, and second hands run separately) stopped within minutes after it was hung up, I had to declare myself defeated.If you must try this product then be sure NOT to throw the packaging into the recycling before you've tested it.

For $171 clock is the cheapest clock I’ve ever seen from Howard Miller when I received it it was broke clock parts hanging off of it very disappointed!!!!!

I saw this clock in a magazine a few years ago and loved the styling, so much so that I tore the page out of the magazine and kept it in my "homeowner's wish list" folder. After buying a new home and starting to decorate our family room, I remembered this clock and located it on Amazon. The price is very reasonable and the product quality is great. It came packaged exceptionally well. We often receive compliments on the clock from others. I certainy recommend it.

I replaced and old Howard Miller clock that I had for over 20 years. The old Howard Miller clock was the same as the new one & I was so happy to be able to get the same clock again.
