It is a good multivitamin I think i bought this because it didn't have Vitamin D in it. Mine went high with a script. It works and no additional Vitamin D.It also doesn't have iron or Vitamin K which is I think its main thing for clotting purposes.

I'm on warfarin therapy for three months, and Vitamin K reduces its effectiveness. So here's a three-month supply of a multivitamin with no K in it. Perfect.I'm 71 so I don't really need iron, and I drink enough milk that D is not an issue. So it's all good, I guess.How do you really review a vitamin supplement? It hasn't made me sick. It smells like vitamins, seems properly manufactured, goes down like any other tablet (caplet?) the same size. It's much more expensive than the Costco multis I've been using, but it's a niche product. If I'm going to take anything, I guess I'm glad this one even exists. It meet my specifications.

I wanted a multivitamin without the D3 and this is perfect

My husband is in Coumadin and Thai vitamin does not have vitamin k in it.

Good product. But you can not take if on warafin,because of the biotin. It messes with your INR.

I take warfarin and needed a vitamin with no K in it because of drug-drug interactions. My B-12 and D numbers are coming up, making my rheumatologist happier. It has the same smell as most vitamins, but they are easy to swallow.
