Edens Garden Elemi 10 ml 100% Pure Undiluted Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil

I've been using essential oils for many years and have only recently ventured out and started purchasing other brands than the high end, popular one I started with. I'm finding there are many out there that are just as good, so if you've been afraid to try, don't be. This is one that I consider comparable. Elemi is a fragrant oil with balancing, calming, and rejuvenating properties. I purchased this one to complete a long list of oils I needed for a recipe for homemade bubble bath bars. I'm attempting to recreate my favorite scent to save myself some money. So far, I think it's very close and am happy with it. This oil smells very similar to Frankincense. It's almost as if they crossed a mild cedar with frankincense. It's very pleasant and relaxing. The scent it long lasting and doesn't lose it's potency or change over time when worn undiluted, diluted, or used in recipes.

Delivered fast and professionally packaged. "...dill pickle with citrus notes." Is a decent description, but I purchased it because people have described it to smell like frankincense. It does smell a little like frankincense, but not as much as I had hoped. It is by far worth trying at this exceptional price, because it possesses a unique aroma of its own. I thought that it had a hint of a woody, faint, pine-like aroma mixed in with the lemony pickle touch. I might have to get more frankincense to test the combo.

I use this oil in a combination with a few others to make an allergy roll-on that is very effective and keeps me from taking OTC meds. I could not get Elemi thru my normal essential oil source, so glad to find this. It seems a bit pricey, but I do not know how rare this plant is, or how difficult to distill the oil.

this is a great product and has a good percentage of elemicin. unlike other products that have lower percentages and are somewhat diluted in general. when they say "100% pure therapeutic grade" they really mean it. EXACTLY as advertised . I just ordered some more and I just KNOW it will ship out quickly. excellent shipping timeframe from this seller.

An odd but interesting essential oil. It really does have a scent of dill pickles, but it mixes well with other essential oils for a lovely aroma. I mixed Elemi, Helicrysom and lavender into a soothing salve with a petroleum jelly base.
