I noticed reduction in ankle swelling within a day or two. Therefore I committed to ongoing use and support of this anti inflammatory. There is no taste, and it is not terribly large. It is easy to swallow with lots of water. There is no smell Thorne is recognized as a top brand of supplements and I have regularly taken various supplements from them in the past. Recently after bumping up my mileage in a weekend from 3 to 19 miles, I suffered an injury and despite my bravado feel short of the 30mile goal. My feet and legs simply hurt too much, and no amount of massage or soaking could get them motivated to do the final 13 leg. Which was unfortunate. I also drank little water and by mile 13 or so my gas was empty. By 16 my legs were failing and I was falling asleep. Afterwards the feet were tender and it was unpleasant. One foot could barely dorsiflex and that was with immense pain. Then the aching in the plantar tendons and fascia began,and then the heel, and 5th metatarsal. For a month I hoped it would go away but gave up and scheduled a Dr visit. The massage wasn't working. Within a couple days of this, arnica, and a ton of massage including one reflexology and one deep tissue, ongoing water and mineralization,, I found this. I also did inserts and added a wider sized shoe to my new sore feet. There is sufficient evidence from my body that these pills help and work. I have out 5 stars because it is helping. The arnica also helps. Once this is healed up I plan to start better training to prep for that level of distance but I will also carry all of these lessons and tips with me including the Thorne pills to help it heal faster. In one week the amount of swelling went down by 95% and the dr said all my labs improved showing healing.

Love that it includes more than one anti-inflammatory in one pill. It has worked great in reducing pain in my knees so I can walk without flinching.

I suffer from chemo-induced neuropathy and, recently, bad sciatica. I have been a cranky hag with the pinching, sharp, radiating, constant irritating pain tht I whined to my Dr. I have been on high doses of NSAIDs, Tylenol and prescription meds. I begn having more issues with taking those that i decided to try this. My Dr was in full support of trying alternatives and after finding Thorne, I am glad i did! I have tried various brands (some helped, some did nothing) and was pleasantly suprised this one actually does help! I even have IBS and since taking this I have not had that problem (i can actually take scenic rides again without feeling like I need to crap my pants). I have no side effects from this either. I take 3 at breakfast, and 2 before bed (as anyone with sciatica knows, lying down can sometimes only be temporary relief). This is my 3 bottle and will continue to take this instead of all the stuff. I have not had to take ANY NSAIDs nd my kidneys thank me..yeah, really, i swear I heard a sigh of relief. 😊 hope it works for anyone else that tries it.
