Terrible quality! All the capsules are completely stuck together, and I have to struggle to separate them one by one every time I want to take a dose

I’ve always been happy with the Omega brand and regularly purchase it. However, the last package I received seemed to have been exposed to heat. When I opened the bottle, the pills were melted together into one solid mass and couldn’t be separated. The package also arrived feeling very hot. I would like to return this item and request a replacement or refund. Please let me know how to proceed.

All the capsules have been melted together, and it’s basically not possible to remove capsules one by one.

The label mentioned is misleading according to the actual label product. The actual product total Omega 3 fatty Acids is 813 mg!! Product is un returnable ???

Thorne is an excellent brand. High quality supplements. I’ve used this and quite a few others from Thorne and can tell you this is a trusted brand. Worth paying a little extra for something you know is good quality especially when it comes to supplements. These are not hard to swallow, btw, and I do have trouble swallowing pills. They are kinda big but go down easily. No taste either.

Fantastic omega-3, the DHA and EPA are the best I’ve found. The source from small fishes is perfect for me and overall quality is excellent.

No nasty rancid smell :) After taking it for a month I checked my EPA levels and it was raised significantly. Good product.
