Tastes nice
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) My experience with Udyan Tea Moroccan Mint Green Tea has been bittersweet, as I find myself both happy with the taste and disappointed by the misleading origin. On one hand, the tea's flavor is undeniably delightful. The harmonious blend of Indian green tea and spearmint leaves creates a refreshing and invigorating cup that I genuinely enjoy. The aromatic notes of spearmint complement the earthy undertones of the green tea, making it a pleasant and rejuvenating experience. However, I can't help but feel a sense of disappointment and sadness over the tea's misleading name. As a tea enthusiast, I was eager to explore the authentic Moroccan Mint tea experience, only to realize that the tea is sourced from India and not from Morocco, as the name suggests.

Best Moroccan mint tea.
This is the best Moroccan mint tea I have tasted. Both the green tea leaves and mint leaves are relatively large.

I was curious about this Udyan Herbal Sampler Pack. It's composed of green tea with a selection of different herbs in each one. The names of each sounded quite interesting and very unique, unlike anything I've heard of before. What a wonderful gamble. These teas are wonderful. The taste of each one is a flavorful surprise to the taste buds. I really love all of them but the Turmeric Spice Green Tea is my favorite. Who would have even thought turmeric would be good in a tea? Well, whoever decided it was had to be a genius because it is amazing! I'm not even sure how to explain the taste to anyone, you just have to try it. I know I will definitely be purchasing at least more of that tea but, surely more will also be ordered. They are all just so terrific I may just reorder another sampler pack. I'm not a huge fan of flavored tea so me loving this assortment of flavored teas says a lot.

I have switched to drinking more tea than coffee. This tea, a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. This was sooo good.

This is a very good Moroccan mint & green tea. It tastes fresh & balanced. I love Moroccan mint with green tea – it is a sweet spearmint & tastes great together. This also makes really good iced tea.

If there is a nectar of gods then it must be hidden in this tea. The first thing that stands out when you open the packet is smaller sample packets of varieties of tea accompanying the Saffron Kashmiri Kahwa. The second thing you notice is the fragrance, the slices of almonds. Just a tea spoon makes the tea smell like a fresh wind from heaven. It is so good that I even gifted a packet to my friend. Thank you Udayan team. I am grateGul for the price point and the quality. This is total paisa vasool.. When somebody visited Kashmir they said it seems if there is heaven then it is here.. it is here.. it is here. When I had the first sip which was my blind taste as before this I had Kahwa from the famous commercial tea point stall. I said if there is nectar of the gods.. it is this.. it is this.. it is this.

I'm very pleased with this green tea. The aroma in the bag is excellent, and the blend has mostly larger pieces of tea (and the other ingredients) instead of the "tea dust" I've encountered with other similar teas. The large leaf sizes allow the leaf to unfurl while steeping, creating a much better cup of tea. The dominant flavor is the green tea, but it avoids the overly grassy taste that green teas sometimes have. The lemon comes through but is not overpowering. The fennel is in the background as is the mint. All the flavors meld together very well. I find it more enjoyable hot, but it also makes for a very good cold tea. The pouch containing the tea is vacuum sealed which is unusual and appreciated since it helps keep the tea fresh. On the downside, there's some packaging waste since the pouch with the tea is inside a much larger pouch that contains a card with recommended temps and steep times, and samples of other teas from the company. While it's always nice to get additional samples, it would have been better if that could have been accomplished with less packaging waste. It's a very fresh, very tasty tea -- five stars.
