These work well for me. I initially bought them on clearance at a store just to try them. When I couldn’t find them again, I ordered on here. I will continue to use these as long as they are available.

Genexa sleepology had the opposite effect on me. I gave it 5 tries and I tossed and turned all night long. I did not sleep. Amazon indicated it was not eligible for return.

We occasionally take melatonin and I was looking for an alternative. This feels gentle and we don’t feel groggy in the morning. I took 2 for an adult and I wouldn’t say it made me very sleepy but I didn’t toss and turn or wake up and stay awake for a while like I normally do. I did 1 tablet for my 6yo while traveling to help her settle and she did fall asleep easily and wasn’t fidgeting all night like she does away from her bed. Will be using this from now on. They are chalky and we didn’t like the flavor but we chew them quick and drink water with it.

So I can only give this three stars because it didn't work for me, but it did work for my sister. The taste to me was fine, and that was a big perk, I use the allergy medication but this just did not work. My sister didn't like the taste much but it did help her fall asleep and she did appreciate that. I would say it's worth giving it a try but just know that it doesn't work for everyone.

I love this product! It really works for me. I chose this for my family as an alternative to taking a melatonin supplement. Melatonin didn't work well for two people in my household so I switched to Genexa to check it out and I've been hooked ever since. It's really gentle and it helps you to ease into a rested state when your body is ready to snooze. No side effects that I've noticed, just a nice and restful sleep.
