This little pot of pills by Amour Nutrition is very easy to take - no horrible aftertaste and a smooth coating that means you don't need a drink to be able to swallow them. Having tried other such "miracle pills" out there I turned to Amour Nutrition as I have had success with their other products. OXID8 Fat Burner pills actually seem to work and are helping me to attain my weight loss goal.

I got this product as it contains both chromium and choline. These 2 nutrients are key to reducing blood glucose levels and as I get older I realise my insulin sensitivity isn’t what it once was. I take 1 capsule twice daily, although I understand you can take them together. I take between meals to help with my blood sugar. I’m impressed so far and alongside a good exercise regime, I’m feeling in a good place.

My husband order these for me. I have put on a bit of weight in last 18months like a lot of people with COVID life and really needed to get control again. I have been taking these for 2 weeks now, and although I don’t weigh myself anymore (gave that up a few years ago) I have gone up 2 holes on my belt already. I take 2 capsules 30 minutes before exercise and feel this product is enhancing my efforts. I have also been taking choline KT6 on the days I don’t exercise, to get the benefit of both, but this probably isn’t necessary. I do like this company and between the family, we do use a few of their products. I have been aware of my carb intake and cut a couple of glasses of wine out, but feel these OXID8 have allowed me to get the best with my fairly heathy diet and exercise I do.

Brought this product to add to my collection from Amour. Has helped aid my fat loss journey, that extra energy before going in the gym, makes all the difference!

Really happy with this product from Amour, have tried several similar brands fat burners in the past and this is without doubt the best for results!

Good ingredients list. One of the first products I’ve also felt a bit stimulated off of. So I’m taking 1 capsule with half my usual pre workout before exercise and 1 capsule mid afternoon. Helping nicely with my new exercise routine and is helping complement my physique goals.

Unfortunately these did nothing for me. I finished the pot in hope that they’d kick in & aid in loosing my menopausal weight gain but nope🤦🏻‍♀️Nothing shifting & I tried calorie counting for 6 weeks in addition to these.
