I'm extremely DISSAPPOINTED by the way item got delivered, NO PACKING AT ALL- I REPEAT, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PACKING, THEY STICK MY ADDRESS STICKER ON PRODUCT BOX ITSELF WITHOUT ANY OTHER PACKING & SEND IT TO ME ,NOT EVEN A PLASTIC COVER!! AND WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO SEAL THE BOX!! ANYBODY COULD OPEN AND CHECK THE PRODUCT !! ITS A MIRACLE ITEM GOT DELIVERED WITHOUT DAMAGE OR MISSING ATTACHMENTS!! DISAPPOINTED 😞About the product , build quality is good, working fine, I brought for my mum , she often have back & leg pain, vibrations are good, temporary relief if small pain, ball head attachment is pretty good but it's bit heavy, over 1kg.. so hard to handle for her, cannot use for long as hands get tired very fast also machine is getting slightly heated within 10-15 min of use in lowest setting. Another con is, cannot massage bony areas, if you are too slender, this massager may not be a good fit, speaking of,if anybody wondering if it can be used on face or head-NO !! TOO BIG AND VIBRATIONS ARE TOO MUCH!

Easy to handle and use, overall a good product with it's performance, it's long lasting for usage. Very good looking appearance and for handling.
