Helped with joint pain
To be honest used it for my issues with joints, I saw many people on reviews reported joints paint improvement. For me it’s one of not many products that help manage joint issues.

Grow pill
My son was 16 yo 5’7 already when I bought it 3 yrs.and wanted to grow but nothing happened. This one is just a racket they don’t work.
