It doesn't fit, will not close
I'm not bothering to return this item, however buyer beware, this fob is impossible to close. It will not fit over previous key insert at all, will not snap close. Waste of money!

Used for parts
I lost the plastic piece that backs up the buttons on my key fob when replacing the battery. I bought this to get a replacement part. The plastic piece didn’t fit the buttons on my old fob (leaving them loose), but I was able to replace all the buttons along with that piece and they fit well in the plastic casing. My fob is working perfectly now.

Finally got it back together. Very hard to get it to snap together. Quite an ordeal. It’s working. Not looking forward to when it will need a new battery.
