My plants ordered arrived looking a little bit sorry. HOWEVER, before I could complain I found a note of apology in the box together with a very healthy bonus sweet pea. I was advised in the note that the plants were sent on time as requested but that they were going to send me better healthier plants as soon as possible. I was also given a £10 voucher against future purchases. I will be using this company again as I have just taken receipt of some very healthy good size plants only 2 days later. The sweet pea sent originally as compensation is doing well and the original, not so great plants? - some of them are recovering well. Remember, I hadnt complained.. This company freely acknowledged the plants werent their usual standard, but wanted to gett something to me by due delivery date and compensated me too. I think thats great customer service and Im happy with my plants. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing quality plants. Arrived quickly, securely packed with flowers already blooming for summer.Very pleased as I was reluctant to order online but I will order again for next season.My garden is looking brighter and cheerful from the vibrant petunia flowers.🌸

I have received the plants today and they are very healthy ready to plant out they look strong, I will be buying more plants From this seller. They are great value for the money.
