Product is ok. Motor is good to grind dosa batter. But the customer care is really bad in my area (Trivandrum, Kerala). Its 3 years since i bought this and the motor is not working now. I called their customer care. At first, they asked me to pack it and they will pick it up. Note that we need to make sure packing is intact and all. Any issues related to packing wont be included in warranty. When I packed and kept it, they said they will send a local technician. After so many reminders, he came and told that motor is not working and i have to take it to some place far from my area. they never follow up to see the status of the request. Still figuring out how to get this fixed. Very bad for a premium brand. Also, the lids are not getting cleaned properly and the gasket is broken for both jars which i am using. Really dissatisfied.

It is a premium quality product , the user manual and instructions were totally useful and user friendly. The mixer comes with exclusiveness providing the user delight and looks good and rich on my kitchen counter.Totally value for money. Its build quality is outstanding. This is the product for very long term i.e. life time. Customer care support is also very responsive. It improves your kitchen's value and many works easy. Now I am going to buy its slow juicer looking to the build quality of Hamilton beach.

I’ve been using the Hamilton Beach 58770-IN for a while now, and I’m really happy with the experience. The 1400W motor is extremely powerful, and the preset functions actually do what they say. When it says “Fine”, it really means fine: super fine. Chutneys, masalas, dosa batter… everything comes out smoother than what I’ve seen with most other mixies. The build quality feels premium, the jars lock firmly, and the machine stays stable during use. I’ve had zero issues so far, and the performance has been consistently impressive. Satisfied with this purchase!

It is the best mixer grinder I have used till now. The motor is so powerful and given the shape of the ja4rs, they are super easy to clean. Also now i do not have to worry about honding the lid while working to avoid any spillage, it does the job perfectly. I can just turn on and do some other stuff. Along with that, its looka are amazing, it looks so professionsal and it is quite heavy and sturdy, wont topple while working. And i am really impressed with the blending speed, the blades are so sharp, I first time made green chutney in this and it completely blended it within like 30-45 seconds leaving no traces of ginger, which usually was a problem in my older blender.
