Original Review: This supplement was great for milk production but my 5 week old experienced severe gas, spit ups after every feed, and explosive diarrhea. I’m exclusively BF but wanted an extra boost to pump for back up supply. Unfortunately, this is not an option for me. Everyone’s body is different and to be fair it did up my milk supply. UPDATE: I added a star ⭐️ because this has truly been a lifesaver for my bf journey. Fast forward, my baby is now 8 months & we are thriving. At about 4 months my period came back even though I was exclusively bf and my production took a hit. I was desperate and gave this product another shot. Boy am I glad I did! There’s so many Mothers Milk teas a girl can take. This time around baby and I did not experience gas or any bothersome symptoms. It’s helped maintain my production with a combination of mag/ calcium. I also take alfalfa supplements. I’m sharing because I know how hard it is to deal with this situation and like me many initially reacted negatively but once your milk is mature and baby is a bit older, at least for me, it was a game changer. If you’re looking to increase milk supply, these definitely work. The downfall for me was it made my boobs super engorged to the point I had to pump in the middle of the night (whereas previously I never had to). My boobs felt like they were going to explode. Also, my boobs leaked way more when I took this. But, again, it helps with supply if that’s an issue for you.

I took this for two weeks, here and theirbi would get stomuch cramps, dint think much of it, then few days ago I started to have stomuch cramps and diarrhea really bad, I stopped taking this for few days, no cramping and no diarrhea but then yesterday morning I took it and oh boy my day went horrible, lits of stomuch cramps and diarrhea non stop by dinner time I was shaking, cold sweats, and I know it was this vitamins. To add i have not gain no more and would actually say i started having less milk supply and baby got really bad gas.

I got this for the anticolic, but it still makes my sons tummy extremely uncomfortable. It definitely works! But it’s not worth my son’s discomfort. Which does not mean that it won’t work well for someone else.
