Yes its a dye but it isnt strong as advertised. Coverage is not that great. You almost have to apply double to get good coverage. Also, only one sachet of the hair mask which means you have to purchase more separately. Might works for others but i wasn't pleased with the results.

Bought for a friend who's very impressed - the unique colour has superb staying power and leaves hair in excellent condition.
