Good Lupin
I love it. I have it as a side dish, in place of Rice, or in the morning with fruit. You can add anything to it; butter, garlic, syrup, fruit. It tastes great, has a good texture. It's similar to riced Cauliflower but takes on flavor, & easy to make!!!

Favorite Lupini Product
Love this product and try to keep some on hand at all times. As a T1D/low carb foodie I'm always scouting for things I can actually eat - especially when I miss something that feels carby (so hard to be low carb from a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern heritage!). Super easy to prepare as a base to soak up stews, curries, etc. I like to use it in tabouli and it makes a good "lentil soup" alternative. For soup I blast it in the pressure cooker with garlic and cumin and blend with a hand blender. Would like to try it in falafel next.

Health Goals!
This Carrington Farms ground lupin bean is a fantastic find! It cooks up quickly and has a surprisingly mild, nutty flavor. I love it as a low-carb alternative to rice or potatoes. It's super filling and keeps me satisfied for hours. Plus, it's packed with protein and fiber, which is a major win for my health goals.

Quick cooking, only 1 net carb per bowl
This is the third time I've purchased Carrington Hills ground lupin. I prefer to buy it off Amazon Prime rather than going to the Carrington Hills website, where you have to purchase more in order to get free shipping. This stuff lasts a long time. Eat it instead of rice. It has no taste so it picks up the taste of whatever you cook it with. It's high in protein and much better for you than rice. It looks like couscous when its cooked. And it only takes 3 minutes in the microwave to cook it!

VERY necessary 😃
QUICK and very necessary. Just pour some egg whites over top of these with some onion powder and you've got yourself a HIGH PROTEIN, HIGH FIBER QUICK MEAL, I'm talking about 40g of protein at least. When you use 20g protein from the egg whites and a serving of THIS, COMPLETELY FILLING

Yum
Great alternative to grits. You need to boil them longer than the instructions because they are a little more "gritty" than grits. I usually boil an egg or two in with mine and add cheese and chicken bullion.

Overseasoned to the point of being inedible
I bought the garlic and herb variety and honestly I can't imagine a worse-tasting product. It's like they put enough seasonings for a carton of this stuff into one bag. I'm one of those people who will eat almost anything, even if it's not the greatest. But I couldn't muster the strength to force this one down. I probably would have liked it if I had bought the plain variety to season myself. I'll probably still be open to trying that one, but I'll run as far and as fast as possible from the seasoned varieties
