Would this be good for candle making?

I would think it work great for candles as the pot is small enough and pours it’s melted ingredients nicely (however I use it for soap making)

Would the be good for making 7 min frosting?

Yes I did a7min frosting and it worked well used 3egg whites and it was full Also made fudge and it was great the type with marshmallow fluff We use it also for cheese for nachos remember I bought 2one for sweets and one for savory ,it holds about 3 and a half cups of finished product,I love ours and I guess our neighbor does also she has one most of the time know what she gets for Christmas,lol
