Q: Will this really stay warmer than the standard steering wheel? It doesn't seem to be an insulated cover.

I can say from experience that this cover does not stay warmer than the standard steering wheel during Minnesota winters. I'm not certain where the person who replied yes lives, but it's probably not anywhere where it actually gets cold outside.
