I had heat damage on my Jayco rv. These heat shields worked very well. The only thing that they need to improve on is if you cut them to fit a custom length, the stitching wants to unravel so you will need to secure that.

Strong adhesive Velcro, quality is good, good price and easy to use, length is as advertised and it’s insulated good and thick. The only thing I’d recommend is wear gloves when cutting to avoid fiber glasses getting on your hand, it’s easy to cut.

Looks and works exactly like in the picture. The aluminized sleeve feels thick and high quality, and the stitching is clean and strong. The Velcro strip holds tight and makes installation super easy without removing any wires or hoses. I’m using it near my turbo setup and it provides excellent heat protection. Definitely worth it for the price.

Easy to cut to needed length and install on lines and wiring to prevent heat soak or melting from engine heat. I used on fuel likes and spark plug wires to avoid vapor lock and keep plug wires and boots from burning. Very durable with strong Velcro.
