The box is fine and the drawers look good. After installing the box in my bbq island, I attempted to put the drawers in. Unbelievably the slides on the bottom drawer began showering ball bearings. I took the box back out of the island and attempted to reassemble the slides. Forget it. The mechanism is a cheap metal retainer and impossible to reassemble. Besides that several ball bearings bounced away and are gone. I've already framed in the rough cut out and finishing stone. I'm hoping the seller makes it right, otherwise it's a major waste of time and money.

There is one major issue with this product and that is the fact that it does not have a magnet in it to keep the door shut. Everything else is great on this but I ended up hanging mine vertically instead of horizontally because it will not stay closed otherwise. I will end up putting a magnet on it someway or another but the company needs to do that to begin with as this is the whole point of having a paper towel drawer so you can keep your paper towel inside and dry without it coming open on you. Other than this major flaw it is easy to install and works great. Looks great too.

While this is a lovely set of drawers, the measurements are wrong when it comes to installation. My husband went with the dimensions posted with the photos, and it's off (I think he said by nearly an inch). So he had to do some major adjustments to rough it in a space that didn't have much wiggle room. And I promise, my husband does this stuff ALL THE TIME. Had the measurements been right, I'd give this 5 stars. But it was grief

Been drilling for 30 years...even with Cobalt bit at slow speed with oil..using a punched starting point, I have yet to get a hole in the side for a bracket. IT JUST WONT DRILL!Contacted manufacturer in China. There response was simply to use a drill bit. Not exactly much help, as I had gone to speciality tool suppliers and purchased several bits specific to hardened stainless steel. Net - net, the seller responded quickly, but offered no value.Eventually, I rolled the dice with a dremel speciality bit and cutting wax. Had only the vendor supplied a bit they knew worked or even specified one that could be purchased.

Great for our outside kitchen only problem was it was missing the handles

Originally I was missing handles on all three sets of doors and drawers I purchased. Pretty important part of the product. The seller contacted me after I initially left a poor review. The seller immediately shipped out all the missing handles and apologized for missing them. Great service and follow up. Beautiful drawers and doors with handles now. 5-star service and product.

A friend of mine had one similar to this, and after seeing it, I had to have one. I always use paper towels when cooking outside and I like the fact that I can now store them outside out of the elements.

I ordered this to complete a BBQ set up which started with BULL's equipment. Once researched for the project completion i bought this item because a similar item from BULL costs more than double. The product has nothing to envy from the BULL brand.
