Great for info
Working as intended. I question the accuracy of the hour gauge on the unit as it has surpassed the hr gauge on my machine. The temp gauge seems to work good. I haven’t tested it for accuracy but knowing ballpark temps is great.

Takes the guesswork on tuning my Outboard Motor.
It works perfect. Easy to read. Easy to install. Somewhat easy to program.Battery life is a few weeks if you don't disable it after use. Just press the two buttons at the same time and it will shut down. Touch one again and it will turn back on instantly. A 6pk of batteries is cheap and will last years.I use it to keep and eye on engine temp too... but it is mainly used from RPMs on my little 2004 Mercury 5HP 2-stroke outboard engine. I was able to adjust proper idle rpms for a good running engine @ idle/under load. I was also able to realize that my max RPMs were too high with the stock prop... so, I got a new prop, and can now go faster. One shot needed/no guessing required. This made this a very valuable modification. Not having to pull out my phone to check the time when on the water, may save me a phone too.

Disposable
Was very pleased at first, set it up on my brand new generator. Then accidently left it on after running my monthly generator task. The battery ended up dying so I went to replace the battery and that's when the unit got destroyed when I tried to pull the old battery out. Never worked again...Very disappointed with it

Lawn tractor meter
I used this on an older Craftsman tractor that has a 19HP single cylinder Briggs engine. All functions seem to work OK. I was able to attach the temp sensor onto a bolt hole in the head since it didn't look like the included piece would fit into the spark plug hole. The RPM reading is inconsistent. Even though the instruction are contradictory for how to pick up RPM, I did wrap the sense wire around the plug wire.

Upon installation it through an error instead of a temperature readout just hoping for a replacement
So I got my product in the mail just like I have in the past to go to the box attached the RPM wire and gently put the temperature hoop over my spark plug and snugged it down. But this one unlike the rest was not able to pick up a temperature reading from my power plant. I wish there was an option that I could choose that would just send me a new one instead of attempting a refund of my mone.

Cable looks terrible and will look horrible on my new bike. See, short tutorial on light issue.
Edit 2, short tutorial on 'light';When it is cloudy or dark the light is useful, the manual indicatesthis method, but the manual and menu/select is chinglish and notvery clear.Default display (this is what shows on screen when you haven't touchedany buttons for a minute or so... The display shows hours, Temp, and Time, now push in and hold 'S' until time on screen flashes, let go of S , now pressM (mode) 11 times (lol) and you will be at 'Light' flashing, now press S untilit says on , off , or auto, whichever you prefer, then do nothing and just waita min, and your selection will be saved. (I upped my rating a couple stars, sinceI at least got the light issue figured out, still should have a separate light buttonthough.)Edit 1;There isn't really anything like this available inthis price range, or any price for that matter thatincludes rpm, temp, hours, alerts etc, howeversome horrible issues;-I have a 4st, needs to be on 2st to read rpmsproperly (thanks to another reviewer that alertedus to this, found 'that' hack to make it work).-The temp prob to spark plug ring 'Crimp' is largerI lucked out and got it to fit without stripping theplug threads as it's so large, you may not haveroom in the plug area to interface properly, alsothe ring is very larger, luckily the bike I have hasthe larger size plug, a smaller plug may not seatair tight due to the large ring.-Only two programming buttons, 3 would make lifeso much simpler.- Should be a separate light on/off switch or accuratemeans of turning on and off......(this light issue erased, figured it out)I've gone through this aspect of the feature a dozentimes at least, trying variations, nothing allows youto even get to the 'light' one time and turn it on or off, hold the scroll button for a long time the first time aroundfor example and when you're on 'light' , it will bump overto 'TIME' and start flashing, this alone deserves less thana one STAR rating.-Mentioned already was the very tedious and difficult batteryreplacement, if you haven't seen their 'design' , best of luck, plus the battery starts flashing 'low bat' almost as soon asyou load it lol (with light off even).-I would happily pay 3 times the price of this to get one thatis well designed and easy to use. This item works, andfairly well in some ways, and would buy again since thereare no items that I can find that monitor RPM, TEMP, HRs,and some other parameters.-------------------The cable comes waded up in a figure 8, I guess they thinkthat looks pro in the package, well it's going to look horribleon my new motorcycle. I spent 5 minutes trying to straightenit out and the photo is after this attempt. Not at all happy withhow this will look, the other extension cable is the same. There is no excuse for this shoddy packaging, there was plentyof room to simply have it rolled up, but I guess that wouldn'tlook pro to the manufacturer lol , I mean lmao, but not in agood way. I will update the rest of the product performancein a few days.

Must-have for my TW200 motorcycle
I have a TW200 motorcycle and this is a must have addition. It displays both the RPM and the temp at the same time, and I find both numbers very helpful on the bike. I mounted it just above the "light cluster" with the included Velcro and it works great (and will let me change its battery without hassle). Installation was just a bit tricky, I had to gently bend the temp prob to get it to sit nicely in the sparkplug (and then some insulation melted away from the prob but it didn't impact performance). For the RPM, I had to use the setting for a 1 cylinder 2-stroke (even though it is a 4-stroke) for some reason, but it works great with this setting.I now know my bike's "happy" temperature is about 265 degrees, and have an alarm set for 350 degrees and 8500 RPM. On a recent ride in Death Valley it helped me keep an eye on my temperature (bike reached 330!)If you have a TW200, do yourself a huge favor and get this. It is really, really helpful.Peace. Out.
