Let me start out by saying I believe in eating well, taking care of my body and mind but when it comes to supplements I always have a skeptical eye. Not because eI don't think that they work but because not all supplements are created equal and I have had amazing results with some and I have had 0 results with others. We can always rationalize that some supplements don't have a profound change that you can feel but rather contribute to the overall health of the body and functions. That may be so but then I guess for someone like me I don't do well with those kind of supplements vs ones that I am able to feel - even the slightest- results. Compare it to working out and now feeling or seeing any results... how motivated would you to keep going? Probably not as motivated as if you did something that made you feel good and look better. Basically this paragraph boils down to, supplements that have some kind of results that you can see or feel will motivate you to continuously continue taking them. I got this product for overall sexual health and not as a "natural" viagra as some other reviews suggest. Most importantly I got this for the reported overall increase in energy in every day life. Did it deliver? YES! This is why I love this product! Just as the instructions recommended I began with a small dose of one supplement a day and increased to two. Now, best results were achieved once the supplements has been taken several days and has built up in your system. This is exactly what I noticed. On day 2 or 3 I began noticing small increases in energy that were sustained throughout the day. Then as I increased the dose I felt a more sustained energy level at all time of day, through workouts, more focused on work, better sleep, ect. Did it help in the bedroom? It did! I would same it had the same energetic affect. More sustained energy and circulation. So in terms of the precut I would say it's a great overall supplement. Another component of my review (that I did not realize I was going to write about) is the company overall. It's awesome! In my opinion they go above and beyond with their customers. Upon buying the supplement I got a personalized e-mail with a PDF attachment on tips to healthier living and how to use the supplement, a free offer for another bottle, and some personal recommendations on how to begin taking the supplement. When I replied, I expected a long wait with some generic response or a link to a website but to my surprise I got a real response from a human being. What a breath of fresh air in terms or customer service. I wish more companies functioned like this! I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend this. (No, I was not paid to write this or given a free product to do so).

So I didnt follow the directions. I took 1 pill thursday, 1 friday, and 1 saturday morning. Wanted to feel the effects/ side effects. Thursday didnt really notice anything. Friday, noticed abit more energy is the right word so ill use liveliness. Saturday after say 4 or 5 hours, the energy was there, but I seemed alittle irritable. Told my wife that too. Not to disappoint her cauae she was looking forward to it, I took the 2nd pill that evening about 10 hrs later. Exactly 1 hr after the 2nd pill, we went to the bedroom. I said this either works or it dont. It did..... as soon as arousal started, that all it took. I was more senstive, lasted a bit longer, and really seemed to preform better. Now that could have been for the fact that I lasted. On a side not, its not getting an erection thats the issue. Its maintaining it. When she is close and squeezes down it seems to make me go flat. NOT this time. So yeah, Im impressed. Other than the slight irrablility, which I didnt notice and appoligize for, after the 2nd pill, I noticed a kind of weighted full feeling down there. Almost like a slight turn on feeling.

This gives me a little more energy. I can tell a huge difference when I wake in the morning. This is just a natural kind of feeling and it kind of sneaks up on you. What I mean is I didn't really notice anything the 1st few days, then started feeling better and upon waking, well you know. I'm 55 yo male, I just completed a marathon and I also go to the gym 4X per week in addition to the running mileage I put in. I also work 2 jobs and in the process of remodeling our house so I have very little sleep time or relax time. I would have given this 5 stars but I was comparing it to XAgain. That product has now been banned and it gave me a tremendous headache but it worked to the point a lot of times I couldn't walk around without getting embarrassed. The bad part of it is you are not supposed to drink alcohol with it, I did and it was not good. HGW is a much milder product, not as strong but still a good product and I have not gotten a headache from it. It is a more subtle effect which is very nice. The owner of the company has e-mailed to be sure I was OK with the product and wanted to make sure everything was good and I received the product. How many companies do that!? I bought this product and did not receive anything for this review.

This one is hard to explain. I have been taking it for 10 days now as directed which for me is about 1 hour before we go to bedroom at night. First off I don't "feel" anything as far as jittyness or energy so I wasn't sure it was working. I didn't tell my partner I was taking it because I wanted to see if it even worked first. Then one night I was taking it before bed and she walked in the kitchen and caught me. She asked what it was and I showed her. She asked if I thought it was working and I said "no, not really.... I have been taking it far a week so we'll see". Her response was "A week huh?? You do realize in the last week we've has sex every night and twice on 2 of them???" So, moral of the story is... Just because you don't "feel" the difference doesn't mean there is not one. We are pretty sexually active but never did we go a stretch where we had sex daily like we are now. In my opinion it is the best kind of supplement. It works without "feeling like you're on something" and the longer I take it the better it is getting!

I'm sure depending on the person you could get different results. However it work ok for me.
