Great replacement of old one

Thermostat
Bought this to replace my original thermostat but was unable to pair it to the receiver ended up buying a new receiver thermostat package which worked fine

Fails quickly and customer support doesn't respond
My system failed after less than 3 years. I spent 6 weeks trying to get help from their customer services. Sick of being ignored, I replaced it with another brand. Poor product, dreadful service. I believe a firmware update bricked it. The thermostat lost the Wi-Fi connection somehow which leaves you with no frost protection and a manual on/off switch for the heating only. Their FB page has other users trying to contact them over similar issues and complaining about being ignored by their tech support. Just avoid at all costs.
