I have noticed in a few reviews that people have noticed a "white coating" on the chews. Is this a normal thing for this product?

Yes, this powdery substance is normal, safe, and one of the ingredients (powdered cellulose - it is one of the inactive/other ingredients and is added at a very small inclusion rate) that is used in the soft chews to keep the soft chews from sticking together. Depending upon the dryness of the batches that are produced the appearance can change from batch to batch. For example: if the batch that is produced is a slightly wetter batch then the powdered cellulose tends to get absorbed a little more into the soft chew itself. If the batch tends to be a little drier batch then it does not absorb into the soft chew as much. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the chews and it does not change the efficacy or taste of the chew in any way. It poses no ill effect on dogs whatsoever. It is just that the appearance is different, that is all.

Will this help yellow poop ?

My dog has had bouts of yellow to orange colored poop. that is soft. This has helped, in my opinion, and now most times his poop is normal and brown.

We do not use any heat at all, our soft chews are made with a special no water, no pressure, no heat process that allows us to maintain the full integrity, viability, and flavor profile of all the ingredients. Most products on the market today are extruded and cooked and cannot compete with our level of quality.

Approximately how many grams of fiber is it per chew? Why is this question so hard to find an answer to??

I apologize as I'm out of town and only have a few in a baggie with me, but I don't think it's about fiber. I will tell you that I have a very senior corgi who has many issues I maintain, and for her it keeps her digestion running smoothly and normal poop, one sign of good health. Give them a try, begin gradually. She is 21 lbs and I have her on one nugget per day, 1/2 crumbled onto each of her 2 daily meals. Best of luck!
