This stuff grows aquarium plants better than any supplement I’ve used. I’ve tried at least 6 different brands of plant fertilizer and this stuff turbocharges the growth! Contains traditional fertilizer ingredients, which the plants need to grow, in addition to fancy phytohormones (plant hormones) which signal the plants to grow more roots and produce more robust and vibrant growth! Using this is a no brainer if you love aquarium plants and want them to grow the healthiest that they can! The bottle will also last for a very long time, as you hardly need to use any at all in order to see results. Great value for the price!

great supplement for my tank.

I am reviewing this SeaChem Flourish Advance and Flourish because of the success. I do not use CO2 or any other products for the plants. SeaChem Flourish Advance is designed to be administered daily. With each capful for 20 gallons I purchased the 500ml on the second shipment. I have been using 3 capfuls a day for the 75 gallon aquarium, one capful in the 20 gallon and am very happy with the lush green thick leaves. SeaChem Flourish Advance is very effective in producing roots and plant growth. I have been using Flourish for over two years and the original plants are still green and the growth was good. I had been using Flourish Advance, perhaps a month and a half I had noticed very healthy green and thick growths. The video and photos #1 and #2 reflect the above comments. At almost four months photo #3 and #4 shows the increase in new growth. My snail free plants from my local Pet store come in a gel wrapped plastic container with hardly any root growth. These species of plants grow new rooted plants from the tips of their leaves along with hanging roots. Broken leaves are plantable because they are rooting and branches are growing from the leaves. SeaChem is a terrific scientific company for tropical and salt water fish products. I am from an old school back in the mid 1960’s and I do not believe in too many chemicals in my 75 and 20 gallon aquariums but I use SeaChem Prime, Stability, Pristine, Flourish (refrigerated) and Flourish Advance. The 75 gallon aquarium has about 200 Red Dragon Mosaic Guppies and 20 Juli Corydoras and the water tests excellent with a 5 gallon daily water change conditioned with SeaChem Prime and SeaChem Flourish Advance daily and the others as scheduled.

I have used seachem products successfully in the past, and for years seachem flourish has always been ain't no brainer in terms of usage for my planted tanks, with good results as long as I am using it with dosing levels appropriate to my tank size and although I cannot tell whether this is producing ammonia spikes, I don't see any significant adverse effects to my fish as long as I am using it with the proper dosage indicated. I use flourish about monthly in a heavily planted tank, although every other week would probably produce better results, and I have no issues with water quality. Since I do frequent water changes, I am sure that this seachem flourish is helping my plants since the minerals and nutrients that it has seem to stabilize and sometimes depending on the plant speed up growth. Dosage instructions on the bottle are easy to follow. I have not noticed any problems using this with my neocaradina shrimp or Guppies or green and Cardinal tetras. Cichlids are very Hardy and my cichlid tanks which have plants in them do well with flourish also.

i use regular excel and root tabs, but wasn't thrilled with my plants. i figured this was comparable to growth hormone products i use for terrestrial plants, so started using this in my passive grow-out tanks (no filter/heater/etc) and noticed a big jump in growth. i started using it in my tanks a few weeks later and plants like ludwigia blew up, with branches forming at nearly every node. hornwort and floating plants also seem to have benefitted. i thought i had lost all my red root floaters and salvia minima, but i am seeing clusters now, so perhaps the hormone jump-started tiny leftovers. i'd love to someday do an experiment with controls to see if this actually works, but for now, i'm cautiously optimistic about it. TIP: save the dropper tops from other chemicals (dechlorinator, etc) and use them on these bottles. figure out how many drops per gallon (1 mL = 20 drops) and write that on the label. makes dosing so much easier, esp on nano tanks where small overdoses can trigger larger issues.

Works very well, my tank exploded with growth! Now I have to do some scaping because it’s so wild! A good problem to have in this hobby.

I've been using this for 3 months now and I can honestly say it's great. After years of using seachem liquid ferts including excell, potassium, iron, flourish and trace, with fluctuating results, I decided to try Advance. I have a 20 gallon tank, Fluval Fresh and Plant 2.0 LED light, Flourite black sand, Eco complete black substrate. Flourish root tabs are used every few months both before I discovered Seachem Advance and after. I opted to stop using potassium and flourish as I found they did not do a lot. No pressurised co2 in my tank, but I used to do DIY co2 and recently gave that up as well because it was too much work so just stuck with the following; Excel daily or every other day, Advance daily or every other day, Iron once every two weeks. Trace weekly or when I felt like it. That's it. Root growth on some species has exploded. Hydrophilia Temple plant always struggled to grow but now it grows like mad and root growth is incredible. Dwarf Sagittarius also did not send out runners much in the past, but now runner growth has improved a lot. For other species including small amazon sword, bacopa Carolina, lobelia cardinalis, crypt, anubias, java fern, plant growth increased to some degree. Bacopa also grew like mad with the addition of Advance. Overall I'm happy with Advance. It helps specific species who normally struggle with establishing good root growth really take hold.

Worka GREAT! Jump started the rooting and growth of new plants in my aquarium, when paired with fertilizers and CO2. I never had success with these type of plants before I used this product. Received original product.

He usado diferentes gamas de abonos (Seachem, Aquavitro, sales...). Desde que probé Advance note una diferencia en el vigor de las plantas. Es por ello que siempre la uso en mis rutinas de abonado. Por eso también prefiero comprar garrafas grandes que sale mejor de precio a la larga. El producto vino precintado y con buena fecha de caducidad a pesar de ser una oferta flash. Muy contento con la compra.

My water plants are thriving using this stuff highly recommend adding to your water based plants.

First time Seachem user and after 1 week my first attempt at aquascaping looks great..I did 50% water changes every day for a week and added this about 1 hour before the 8 hour lights on photoperiod as advised by a lot of the Youtubers. Plant growth seems to be great and nice and green including the Tropica moss.
