The Power of a Praying Grandparent Book of Prayers

Good book. Prayers and prayer points. Good resource.

This book is a great resource when you want to pray for your grandchild(ren), but don't know exactly what to say. Stormie puts each prayer in simple terms so you know exactly what you're praying for concerning your grands. Included is a scripture reference on each page.

One of my favorite books. I literally have all the Power of A... books

This is the fourth Stormie prayer book I own. When my first born hit the teen years, I realized I need more help raising my kids! Can't do it on my own! While I had always prayed for them....I needed more. I discovered Stormie Omartian. What a blessing her books have been. Twelve years later I see the fruit of my labor. In my children's lives (now adults) I see the Lord's hand everyday....I see answers to prayers I have prayed over and over through the years using her books....but wasn't praying for specifically at that time. Stormie lays out the prayers so well--using God's Word in each prayer. The small books are great for short on time....but if possible, read through the big ones at some point. where Stormie expounds so well with examples and reasons for each prayer. After discovering Stormie through Power of Praying Parent, I also began praying for my husband with Power of Praying Wife which has done wonders for my marriage and my attitude--as well as helping my husband I am sure! Now that my kids are grown, I have Power of Praying for Adult Children and just had to purchase Power of Praying Grandparent as I pray for my first unborn grandchild and all those to come.

Grandparents will want to pray these prayers for their grandchildren.

All Stormies books are great.

Awesome and terribly necessary in this world that we live in today!! I think that I expected the prayers to be a little more involved, but they are an excellent jump start for you to continue on with your own petitions to an Almighty GOD, who indeed answers prayer. Amen.

I am sure I will love the content, but I bought as a gift. I was a little shocked at how small it is and now I feel silly giving it to someone. I guess the pro to that is that you can throw it in your purse and have it handy? Just fyi...
