After using it for a while, I wanted to share my thoughts. Pros: First off, this knife is tough as nails. The stainless steel blade feels super sturdy and stays sharp, even after I've used it few times. It's got this serrated edge that grabs onto the coconut meat well, making it easy to scoop out. Plus, the handle is comfortable to hold, so I can get a good grip without worrying about it slipping. Cons: While I haven't run into any issues myself, I've seen some folks mention that the knife can start to rust over time. Although i have not encountered that my tip is to avoid that, make sure you dry it off really good after each use and store it in a dry spot. Tips: To keep your Coconut Meat Remover Knife in top shape, remember to wash it by hand and dry it well. Store it somewhere dry too, and be careful when you're using it. Being new to opening coconuts I wasn’t sure what tools to buy. I checked out Amazon tools. I didn’t know if this tool would actually remove coconut meat, but I was willing to give it a try. To my delight I found the tool surprisingly perfect for the one job it had to do — remove coconut meat from the shell. The tool was ruggedly built, yet so safe I felt I could easily use it without fear of getting cut. Bravo! I would highly recommend this tool.

Love it, it works. Very easy to use

This tool is great. much sturdier than butter knives that I used to use & don't have to worry about bending it. Like that it is not super sharp, that I don't have to worry about slipping & cutting myself. Just enough of a rounded edge to wedge between the the coconut meat & shell. I do this in several spots & large chunks of coconut pop out, making the job so much easier than the way I did it before.

This is the best tool I've found for removing meat, but I've had it for less than 3 weeks and it's already beginning to rust.

The grip is nice, easy to hold while using it, and it does help a little with getting the coconut out of the shell. But don't buy it thinking its going to make it a breeze. It still takes some effort separating the coconut, but it definitely makes it a tad easier.

Se lo regalé a mi papá, de un tiempo al presente le a dado por traer cocos pero no tiene una herramienta específica para sacarlo, la manija tiene muy buen agarre y la punta si se siente resistente, creo que funcionaráuy bien, aparte esas seguro que un cuchillo o similar.

Instead of looking like an idiot this tool helped me tackle the coconut with success.
