Overall, I have been feeling sharper since taking these capsules. Whether due to this practice or other/s, don’t know for sure, but have placed another order.

I have tried alot of different Brain supplements. And I like this one. You can sleep no problem. But have noticed a difference in my focus and memory. I am actually going to order it again today. Thank you!

Not sure as of 30 days whether I am experiencing a placebo effect. I do feel more attentive but dot sure if I want it to work. I will add more in 30 days

I take one of these before studying and it seems to help me focus on the task on hand (otherwise my mind tends to drift and there is an urge to watch videos/movies otherwise). I like the fact that the capsules are without any herby taste and that you only need 1 per serving (versus others which make you take 2-3, which means the bottle only lasts like 20-30 days).It does seem to work better than caffeine and/or energy drinks since I don't get the jitters with these and it doesn't appear to affect my sleep even though it has a lot of Vitamin B12 in it. This is helpful since I tend to study at night and don't want to have to chug down an energy drink and not be able to sleep afterward.

I am in my mid-70s and have tried several so-called 'Brain Boosters' under different names. This is the ONLY one that has provided the promised clarity of memory. I don't claim to understand why; all I can say is that it worked for me!
