Good quality
I was looking for something similar to the balance pad I saw at my physios gym. That one was at least 3X the price of this one. The quality is almost identical however. Happy with the purchase but shipping took FOREVER.

Great foam pad
Foam is always a challenge for my balance. This is a nice product that stays in place and makes me work hard to balance while doing any exercises. It's lightweight and easy to carry. Easy to clean and comfortable to use.

Same quality as PT office
First saw this at PT office... different brand. This has the same high quality and density. Very nice. Seems sturdy. Sticks firmly to floor with weight on it. Great for balance work. Also great as a yoga pillow/seat during various yin poses. Took me about 2 seconds to find that secondary use case.
