idk about but percent but it's see through

If you are talking about heat, the answer is no. You can add tinted epoxy over the film but no heat.

I used it with projects of resin (I cut and folded forms and poured resin on it)

Q: How do you remove the film? Will it leave a residue on my windows?

It doesn't leave a residue and you can use acetone and a scraper to remove it
