This is a very well-made product with deep and dark engraving that is clear and easy to read. The necklace is sturdy for long term use and easily slides over my head. I had an issue where I had to return my first one, but the company was very responsive and fast to fix it and get a new one to me free of charge. It’s a great necklace that I will be able to use for a long time. Thank you for being awesome.

I needed a necklace that I could easily wear and this one is just right. It's not heavy or bulky. The engraving is easy to read. A must for anyone that wants to make sure that in an emergency the paramedics know your underline health issues or allergies. I wish the chain was about an inch longer, but that is just my preference to have the pendant hang lower to hide under my camosile.
