So, I wanted a product that offers everything that this company claims, and I only wanted one product. I was taking to many supplements, for hair, for skin and so on. I've decided to give this a try, yes it's costly, but when I added up how much I was spending on supplements, I'm actually saving money. I've been taking this for two months now and I will mention everything that I've noticed. I've always suffered from dry skin especially on my face, I've also always suffered from rashy skin, behind my ear, nose and at times my forehead. I've also been suffering from hair loss as well. Now, my guess is not everyone will feel all of the benefits that this product claims to offer, or that it may take a longer time to feel it with longer use of this product. I will go through what I've noticed in two months, my hair is definitely darker and stronger. I've noticed much less hair on my comb, my hair seems so much fuller as well. Hair growth has been so much faster with this product, I usually get a hair cut every two weeks and shave once a week and I now have to shave twice a week and get a haircut every week with how fast my hair has been growing. What shocked me is my skin, I've noticed my skin much less dryer, it also has this glow to it, and I'm a guy and yes I feel weird saying that my skin has a glow, but it's true ... My skin hasn't looked this healthy in so so many years. I've noticed that I am now going to the bathroom more regularly, it's definitely been helping my stomach with less bloating, and flow of bowel movement, I do feel lighter and that feeling truly helps me mentally. Now, I haven't felt a difference in energy at all, but maybe that's because of the fact that I'm already active, but my sleep patterns have changed since using this product I've been sleeping better. I started out using 3 packets a day for the first week and then I brought it down to 2 a day. One in the morning and the other at night before bed and that regimen works perfectly for me. This thing mixes well with water, no smell at all and I find it better to use the unflavored one but that's my preference. I've also used it in shakes as well. I saw a review of someone pouring it directly into their mouth, I tried it and prefer it in water or my shakes. I think one to two packets a day is more than enough. I started off with three just to get it into my system and after that just two and then I will plan to just use one a day to see if I still notice a difference. I will follow up again after using it for 6 months.

I am a frequent buyer of this brand and I will say it’s changed my skin completely, I have really bad pscorisis around my ears and I have rosacea on my cheeks. I noticed a lot of people are confused on my this product is so clumpy & hard to drink which I understand because I had that issue when I started 9 months ago. I wake up and use 3 big scoops of my Colustrum I started with the travel packs in the beginning but now I van up my dosage and I’m able to manage my gut issues. So I wake up and on my empty stomache I usually poor 3 scoops and a small amount of juice and I use an electric frother. This stops the product from being clumpy or gewy. I recommend buying a good brother and I do that and it does froth up a lot. Then I add my juice all the way to the top of my cup and I wait about 5 minutes for the Fisk to go down. Works like a charm. I toss it back and go about my day. At nighttime my skin knows if I’ve had my colustrum, after washing my face I have a glow I never had amc my redness has decreased immensely. If I were a first time buyer I would start with the travel packs and try those give it 3-6 days to show and see how your stomachs reacts to the new product because like anything else this is a supplement and everyone’s body is different. O my downside is this has become so popular my big jug I buy is always back ordered which does suck and I have to get stuck buying boxed of travel packs. But definitely a must try if it upsets your stomachs I recommend a banana or something easy on your stomachs like apple sauce or crackers. I hope this product us works for you like it does me, hard to notice a change in my hair because I take nutrafol so I don’t know if it’s the colustrum or my vitamins. Regardless great product!

I’ve been taking this colostrum for about a month now! I haven’t noticed much difference in my overall physical health yet but I’m hoping I see some progress the more I take it. I know with most supplements, it usually takes time to notice a difference. It’s ever so slightly sweet and has a distinct taste (not bad, just unique). I use a frother and it helps to dissolve the powder effortlessly. Overall, I can tell the quality is good and I will continue to take this supplement.

I started taking ARMRA because I'm sure like me, you've seen online the craze regarding this product. I mainly started taking it for gut health and started about a month ago. Since starting it I have noticed how my skin is much softer and supple looking. My gut health has improved but it was nothing drastic. I need to keep taking it to determine whether or not I think it has improved my gut, but so far I have been loving it and have not even caught a cold after being exposed on numerous occasions within my household!

I was super excited to try this as my friends had been talking about colostrum, and I have been taking collagen for a while. I put 2 packets in my coffee the first morning (2/3 of a daily serving) and moved on with my day. I had lunch with my husband and went out to dinner with some friends and over the course of the day was in so. much. pain. I honestly don't know the word for it - bloated? crampy? Really, it just felt like my entire abdomen was filled with trapped gas that wouldn't release. My husband was surprised because we ate the exact same thing. I went to bed in pain but woke up better the next day and did it all over again with the same results. This time I made the connection. I don't have allergies/food sensitivities, am on no medications, and can pretty much eat whatever I want, so I never thought I'd have an adverse reaction to a supplement. Just be aware of the possibility of having the complete opposite outcome of what you'd expect for seemingly no reason. I read that some people dealt with these "side effects" for a month or so before it eased up. I canNOT imagine going through that for a month! I'm planning on giving this to my friend who loves colostrum. I'm aware it works for some people but can have devastating effects on others. Try these packets first (or better yet, try a friend's!) before getting any for yourself. It's an expensive experiment.

I really like the no flavor packs they seemed to help my gut issues but they jusy got too expensive for me to keep purchasing

I LOVE Armra colostrum, and have purchased the full sized jar a few times, it’s a great product 5 stars for the product…The reason I am giving these small portion sticks only 3 stars is that one stick/portion does NOT contain the same amount as the portion scoop provided with the jar of product so it feels a bit deceptive to me. I purchased these for travel thinking one stick = one scoop…. Not sure why….did I miss something in the fine print description of this product?

Ive been taking this stuff daily for 3 months now and have noticed a huge difference. First was how I didnt catch the multiple illness my kids brought home from daycare like I usually do, as well as better energy, muscle recovery between workouts AND my bloating is gone. I bought these to take with me on an upcoming trip to ensure I didnt skip a day with my routine and not have to fly with my big jar. Ive tried many flavors, and think the Unflavored is the best and easiest. The flavored ones are a bit too sweet for me, and I have a sweet tooth. 10/10 recommend this product!
