L-Theanine 100mg and Caffeine 50mg Capsules | Energy Boost, Alertness, Invigorating | Oxford Vitality (120)

Great product which I have been using daily since I bought. The caffeine gives a boost in energy while the theanine has a calming effect.

I like having both caffeine and L-theanine in a single capsule for simplicity, but most other such tablets I've seen start at 100mg caffeine, which is too much for me. These have been great, definitely notice increased focus with less jitters than caffeine alone!

They use di-calcium phosphate as the bulking agent however the product is pink. Very odd.The powder inside the capsule is rough and tastes like a mineral supplement.I couldn't taste any bitterness, despite all my previous caffeine pills/powder being bitter.Very sceptical right now.I will update this review once I have tried them for a period of time to see how my body reacts to them.

Not sure why but I find I'm more sleepy after taking these, I take 4 to get the usual 200mg at work and could barely keep my eyes open. Have found the best ones are actually the knock off pro plus at bnm etc called powerkick, take 200mg of those and you really are power kicking on. Not these, poor.

Nice clean energy and no sweetners or nasty fillers. On my 2nd purchase.

liked the vitality and smoothness.

Good for getting your caffeine fix without the jitters.
