Really nice and non stick. I bought the same exact product from Target recently as this roll ran out. It literally caught on fire in my oven. It's as if they forgot to put the coating on it. So good luck that you get one that did not come from the same factory as the one at target.

This is a good brand of parchment paper, I usually use a bit of this over the winter holidays baking, and packing tins full of cookies ! This is not always so easy to find at the supermarket or grocery store.

I use parchment paper often when baking. This quality is great, it is thick and durable, not like other parchment papers that are not durable and tea easily. It dispenses easily from the roll with no issues and the serrations allow for a clean and ear cut. Arrived on time and in good order. Definitely would purchase it again.
