I Love these Gaia gummies! I have been taking them for about 2 months now and can definitely tell the difference. I know some have mentioned the taste, but to me the taste is not bad at all. I Highly recommend these gummies to incorporate Turmeric into your diet, and this is an excellent way!

I don’t know if these are doing anything for my health but damn are they yummy to me. I have a hard time swallowing supplements bc they are usually big and I’ve always had a fear of choking on pills. These are drops of lemony, spicy, goodness. I can see a person not liking the flavor but it pleases my palate.
