With the handy dandy bulb dropper you can easily pick your dose as needed. Each drop is 100IU so a recommended dose for birth to age one is 4 drops (400IU), age 1 to 70 is 6 drops (600IU) and 70+ is recommended 8 drops (800IU). Or you can take your doctor recommended dose by adjusting how many drops you need. A full dropper is about 5000IU, so you can make adjustments for higher doses based on that, rather than counting out the drops.

Is the MCT oil (coconut or palm) partially hydrogenated?

I checked with our nutritionist just to make sure and the MCT oil is non-hydrogenated.

Each batch of the vitamin D has an expiration date of 3 years and we always keep inventory very fresh. Current stock would have a date of late 2020 to early 2021 as of 2/8/18.
