50% Shade Cloth Black Sun Mesh Net Taped Edge with Grommets 10ft X 20ft

We have it doubled off the back of a bar-b-q gazebo on our balcony. Its perfect. Keeps the sun out, yet not so dark that you can't see through it.

This is 35% shade not 50% shade as advertised

This shade cloth is well built and good quality, however it is not 50% shade when compared to other 50% shade cloths. I would estimate it around 20-30%. Overall, good product but the misstatement burned some of my plants.

Hanging this over part of their yard has made a big difference in providing shade for our chickens. It lets some sun through but cuts it back from its merciless peak at noon. So far it's lasting well.

As described did the job

We are currently experiencing triple digit temperatures in my area. I purchased this item to protect my tender plants from the extremly hot sun. We placed it on the top of my bean trellis covering my watermelon, summer squash and zuchinni who are struggling. We water the garden in the early evening after the sun has set. The first thing I noticed was that the ground was still damp in the area under the sun shade but the rest of the garden was dry. My plants that were being burned to a crisp are starting to flourish, have blooms and even small squash. I have other shades hung over my peppers but they don't filter the sun like this shade and I will have to remove them once the weather has cooled a bit. I wish I'd purchased multiple!
