This coverlet is super nice! The colors are exactly as pictured - steely blue, chocolate and light tan, and I love that it's a coverlet rather than a big poofy comforter. The quilting on the coverlet and shams is well done, with very few thread ends and no puckering. The accent pillows are not the greatest workmanship I've ever seen, but they look pretty and are of an appropriate quality for the price I paid for the 5-piece set - I bought the set for coverlet, not the accent pillows! My box spring and mattress sit in a retro California King-sized waterbed frame with head board, foot board and side rails. I bought the coverlet in the smaller Full/Queen size so that I can tuck it in on the sides and foot for a smooth, flawless finish, and it fits pefectly. It's also lightweight enough to wash and dry in my average-capacity top-loading washer and dryer, which is very important to me, with pets and grand kids that love to lounge on my bed.

This is the second Madison Park quilt I have purchased for a king sized bed this month. The first was the Lucy quilt for a guest bed. I was so impressed that I decided to search for one for my room. The fabric is thick and held up great in a washer with an agitator. It isn’t super soft like some quilts, but I am not sleeping with it so that wasn’t part of my decision process. It came packaged well, taped fully around all edges of the box. Inside the quilt was in a thick plastic bag like quilts for sale in retail stores. Each of the throw pillows were vacuum sealed. I tossed them in the dryer with a dryer ball for an hour and they were fluffy and good to go. I have espresso bedroom furniture with silver knobs that doesn’t really go with the modern neutral farmhouse theme of the rest of my home. This quilt helped bring it all together. I love that it goes with taupe, gray, brown, cream, and white. I only used one of the included throw pillows. This is a great buy for the quality. I purchased a quilt from Levtex and although it was softer, I was not impressed with the dye quality or fabric quality. This one was far superior.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I shopped and returned a lot of bedding when we bought our new home and I am glad I finally landed with this. I LOVE this set! We have had it for over 2 years and it is still beautiful. It is not any thicker than a typical quilt, but somehow it has more weight to it and it is warm. I bought the king size for my queen size bed because I have a thick mattress and a tall bed frame and I wanted it to fit more like a bedspread. It comes down to the frame on both sides. I was worried the fabric would snag or become fuzzy with time. It hasn’t. I machine wash and dry at home. I also love brown-taupe-grey color combination. It is neutral without being boring. You can decorate your room with that color scheme or add a pop of just about any accent color. The shams and accent pillows are beautiful and rich looking too.

Good value for the money. Feels and looks good in quality, but is not lux. The colors and prints were on point with the product images online. Hated the larger brown accent pillow (cheap, small, and no fluff) so we’re still looking for the right fit and used one from our old set temporarily. Generally very happy to find something to tie the grey and chocolate color mix of our bedroom furniture, paint, and curtains together, but it might be a bit feminine/busy pattern for the straight line and masculine feel of the rest of the room. My negatives are mainly whether it’s the right fit for our style. No complaints about the product itself, except the chocolate accent pillow.

Wow, this is really nice and the price here on Amazon from this seller is a bargain!! It is sold by other retailers but it was about 33% more costly at every other retailer. I paid a little over $60 here and it's worth every penny. It's got a decent thickness to it so that when it's washed a few times, it won't be all flimsy and threadbare. It is well quilted so the batting won't be bunching up either. The fabric looks and feels luxurious. I have to disagree with other reviews although lighting may make a difference to some. My room is not very well lit at all with small windows and on a cloudy day, it looks to us to be a medium brown and there's definitely quite a bit of gold to mine. The gold does have a very slight metallic shine but not cheap looking. For a queen size platform bed, it is the PERFECT size! Right to about the mid-point of the side rails, which I would prefer to not have completely covered. So it's beautiful, perfectly sized, well made and a bargain! Thanks Amazon and JLA Home. It's not often a product hits it out of the ballpark by far but you sure did it on this item.

I wanted to revamp my bedroom for the summer with a more lightweight bed and sheet set for my guy who is an extremely hot sleeper and searched all over the Internet for something that caught my eye. I have this exact same set as a comforter and when I found it as a coverlet I couldn’t help myself, all my other ideas of changing it up floor out the window and I went with my gut and I’m so happy I did! It’s lightweight but provides the perfect barrier for that touch of warmth against the a/c or chill morning air. The width perfectly hits the end of my bed frame on both sides and lengthwise it is long enough to tuck at the end and fold over at the top for that hotel bed effect. Having an unmade bed is a pet-peeve of mine so I love that it is light easy to fix and reset with a little shake. I bought gold Mellanni brushed microfiber sheets from Amazon to go with that lightweight, dry wicking effect and they look beautiful against this quilt. They are the same size as well so when the bed is made you get a streamlined finish. I am so happy I chose this bed set; now I have the comforter for the cold nights and this for the warm ones! Love it!

Once in a while you get pleasantly surprised by an on-line purchase that looks WAY better than the photo ~ This one has the “WOW” factor !! It looks classy without being overstated.. the combination of fabric designs really complement each other well.. the stitching is sturdy and immaculate.. the texture is smooth and comfortable.. LOVE the espresso brown backing (not faded out chalky brown).. some queen size quilts barely cover the mattress, this one is PERFECT... not too heavy, not too light, it’s just right.. It lays very nicely (even while sleeping) and doesn’t end up on the floor like some super lightweight quilts.. I didn’t really need the pillows but they are a nice accent nonetheless.

We decided to do something new with the bedrooms and I wanted a different set for the master bedroom. I found this set on Amazon. It came quickly, and in time for Thanksgiving. I love the look. It looks more expensive than what we paid. The comforter isn't too heavy, which is fine because we live in the south. We can always add a quilt or down comforter when it gets cold. To be honest, we previously ordered a set from this grouping, and it was terrible! Cheap looking, hard fabric and had "sequins" on the pillow! I took a chance and I'm happy with how it looks and feels. The comforter and pillows were a bit wrinkled, but we steamed them, and it looks fine.
